SPECTRUM PAINTING & WATERPROOFING, INC.

Spectrum Painting & Waterproofing, Inc. is located in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida. The
company was established in 1985 by the president, Alan Beauregard. Since that time
we have engaged in all aspects of the painting and waterproofing field.

Some of the basic services we offer include such things as pressure cleaning, spray,
brush and roll painting, scraping, caulking, and an array of other related services.
Our company offers each of these services to residential property owners, as well as,
commercial property owners.

The specialty services we offer include structural concrete repair, application of
industrial coatings to metal surfaces, application of waterproofing systems, expansion
joint installation and repair, and sandblasting. We are certified applicators of the 3M
System, Accoguard System and other related decking systems.
